Social and Pedagogical Problems of the Upbringing of Orphans in Russia
Abstract
The problems of orphans in Russia are explored through a discussion of the reform of the state educational system for this population, alternative forms of care, requirements for personnel in specialized institutions, and postnursing home support. Recommendations are made for optimizing the public education system to better accommodate these children.
